Facilities and Resources

We are located in the heart of Melbourne, a leisurely five minute walk from Flinders Street Station.

Our facilities include a state-of-the-art training kitchen and a working bar incorporating barista training.  Training is conducted both in the classroom, and via flexible learning methods.

Our classrooms are spacious and air-conditioned, and offer computers with internet access, TV, DVD and data projectors.
