About "Pub People" via People and Pleasure P/L

Pub People are students of iAscend.

They all have RSA, RSG, RSF, Bar, Waiter and First Aid skills.
They are keen to get working in the hospitality industry and already have experience and plenty of ability.  They have good work ethic, attitude and presentation or they don’t get through our rigorous screening process.

What you’ll provide

• A workplace which satisfies Occupational Health and Safety standards and complies with all Australian Employment laws
• A site induction
• Four hours minimum working sessions
• Access for our training supervisors
• Rostering of hours as per your needs
• Electronic transfer of wages payment with no hidden add-ons.

Once you’re happy with the trainees, we recommend you make an arrangement of at least 16 hours per week, averaged across three months, OR a timeframe suitable to you.

All you do is pay the wages

That’s right, just the hourly rate, superannuation and employee entitlements, plus a small admin fee to cover bank charges etc. If you’re not happy with the staff or your workload changes, simply give us a call.

All you risk is four hours’ pay
